You’re getting married — let’s take a moment to just celebrate that before diving into all the planning and photography details!
Thomas and Lena, this is so, so, so exciting! I’m thrilled for you and your journey leading up to your WEDDING DAY. YEAHHHH!
Go ahead… give each other a kiss! Are you ready to get started?
I would like to start by saying welcome, and thank you for choosing Armani Photography.
I’m so excited to show you how your amazing day can unfold and to plan for those natural, candid, and timeless moments that truly reflect you.
I believe it all starts with thoughtful planning. What we don’t want is for the moments that are most important to you to be replaced or rushed simply because there wasn’t enough time set aside for them.
If you have any questions, I’m here to guide you through the entire process. Please feel free to get in touch at any time — I’ll respond promptly and we can either arrange a phone call or chat via email until we meet.

I’ll arrive to capture the details — shoes, watch, cufflinks — along with relaxed, candid moments with the groomsmen. We’ll also take a few natural portraits once jackets are on and everyone is ready.

I’ll capture your guests arriving, the walk down the aisle, your vows, ring exchange, and that just-married moment — all in a natural and unobtrusive way.

Time for hugs, confetti, and candid celebrations. These moments are full of real emotion and some of my favourites to capture.

My goal is for every couple I work with to not only feel seen, but to feel their story reflected in each image. This is why we plan for them.
my mission
Every item you’ve carefully planned tells a part of your wedding story — from your rings and bouquet to your shoes and cufflinks. Capturing them in flatlays preserves these details beautifully, so you can remember all the thought, love, and effort that went into your day. These images become timeless keepsakes that celebrate the little things you’ve planned for months.

WEDDING DAY DETAILS
The moment we arrive
When you share your first kiss, you don’t want extra people or body parts accidentally in the frame. Often, celebrants think they’ve stepped out of the way — but sometimes they haven’t!
The easiest way to avoid this is to ask your celebrant to stand at the signing table during the kiss. This ensures your moment is beautifully captured, uninterrupted, and perfectly framed..
Pausing for just a moment when you kiss allows me to capture it perfectly. This brief hold ensures the moment is framed beautifully, without rushing or missing the emotion.
Your ceremony is full of thoughtful touches — florals, décor, signage, and styling — that you’ve carefully planned. Capturing these details before anyone interacts with them ensures they are preserved beautifully and remain untouched. This way, the photos reflect exactly what you envisioned, without chairs moved, flowers shifted, or distractions in the frame.
We have our photo ideas out the way but we need to consider your guest too. If it's summer, they may need umbrellas for shade or water to drink. I once seen guest walk away form the ceremony location because it was so hot and had no shade. They went back to the bar and they ended up missing the ceremony.

An unplugged wedding means asking your guests to put away their phones and cameras during the ceremony. This allows everyone to be fully present, enjoy the moment, and experience the emotion without distractions.
For you, it means:
Your ceremony is uninterrupted and intimate
You can truly soak in every smile, laugh, and tear
I, as your photographer, can capture the best images without screens or phones in the way
It’s all about creating a more connected, relaxed, and meaningful experience — both for you and your guests.

BRIDAL PORTRAITS
Couples love seeing their bridal portraits because these are often the images they choose to print on their walls and treasure forever.
We allow 1.5 hours for portraits — and there’s a reason for that. It gives us plenty of time to capture a mix of beautiful, natural moments without feeling rushed.
I know it can feel a little uncomfortable having a camera in your face, but the best results happen when you’re not staring at the lens — when you’re relaxed and being yourselves.
On the day, I’ll guide you gently so everything feels natural. My goal is to capture authentic, candid moments that show your personalities and connection, without anything feeling forced.
Our connection has brought us together and our relationship is based on communication, trust and artful image.

RECEPTION
Your cake deserves to be seen in its best light — literally! For the most natural, beautiful images, have it displayed in a spot with plenty of natural light. Otherwise, photos may need to be taken at night using flash, which can change the look and feel.
TIP: Make sure there’s space around the cake so I can move freely and capture it from different angles. This ensures you get a variety of beautiful shots without feeling crowded or squished into a corner.
Wedding Cake Tip
After your wedding day, you’ll want to remember not just how beautiful everything looked, but how it felt — and your guests feel the same way. They came to celebrate you, and the biggest complaint guests often have is that they barely got to see the bride and groom!
Take the time to work the room and connect with everyone. Hug your friends, chat with family, and enjoy these moments — they’re just as important as any detail or photo, and they create memories that last long after the day is over.
I hope this guide has helped with planning your wedding day. The most important thing to remember is that this day is yours, and my goal is to capture what’s most meaningful to you.
If you have any questions or need any help along the way, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’ll also be in touch two months before your wedding to confirm the run sheet and ensure everything flows smoothly.
Happy planning — I can’t wait to celebrate your day with you!
